Welcome aboard. The first week is mostly about settling into the rhythm — accepting orders, replying to reviews, and noticing what sells.
Day 1–2: keep the orders tab open during your cooking hours. The audio chime cuts through; press A to accept, P when you start preparing, R when it's ready. Don't worry about getting timings perfect — partners typically need a few orders before the rhythm clicks.
Day 3–5: take a look at /reviews/insights once a few ratings land. The "Awaiting reply" filter is where to spend ten minutes a day. Replies are public and travel further than star counts.
Day 6–7: glance at /insights/orders. Pin a routine: which days are busy, which products move. This is enough to shape your prep schedule and lets Tope make sharper suggestions in week two.
When in doubt: ask Tope in the chat tab. The agent has read your numbers and can compare you against similar partners anonymously.
