Good to know
- Commission is applied to the order value as disclosed at signup. VAT and delivery are handled separately and shown on every statement, so you can always see how a payout was calculated.
- No setup fee, no listing fee, and no monthly charge. Payment processing is handled through Stripe as part of the platform.
- Weekly, through Stripe, to your UK bank account. A typical first payout lands within seven days of your first completed order.
- You only ever cover your share of a refund or chargeback, never more. If it happens before you are paid, we adjust that payout. If it happens after, we recover only your share and show the running balance in your dashboard.
