Ghochen pays out via Stripe Connect Express. Payouts run weekly on Tuesdays, covering completed orders from the previous Monday through Sunday.
The numbers on /payouts/[id] break down as: gross (what customers paid you), minus commission (Ghochen's platform cut, set per-vendor), minus Stripe fees, plus delivery fees we collected on your behalf, minus refunds, equals your net payout.
Delays: Stripe normally moves the money in 2–3 business days. If a payout is stuck for longer than a week, check the Stripe Express dashboard via /payouts/bank → "Open Stripe dashboard" — Stripe often surfaces a verification request there that doesn't reach our system.
Tax: the VAT collected line shows what we charged customers on your behalf. Your VAT settings on /payouts/tax determine whether you account for that VAT through us or directly to HMRC.
