Getting the most out of Tope

Tope is your operations partner — what to ask, how to phrase it, and when it shouldn't be the answer.

Tope sees your numbers and your catalogue. It can answer: - "How are my numbers this week?" - "What should I prep tonight?" (uses last 4 weeks of orders by weekday) - "Suggest a promo for next weekend" - "Which products are slow?" - "Summarise the unhappy reviews this month"

Phrase the question concretely. "Should I keep the jollof on the menu?" gets a sharper answer than "what should I change?".

Where Tope shouldn't be the answer: payouts disputes, document verification rejections, suspected fraud. For those, go through /help/contact — a human at Ghochen support owns each case.

Tope doesn't see your messages with customers (we don't surface order chat to the LLM by default). If you want it to weigh in, paste the relevant message into the chat directly.
